Cosmetology Certification Procedure
Certification is a must for cosmetologists in all states across the U.S. The U.S Department of Labor clearly puts forth that any individual aspiring to be a certified cosmetologist should be above 16 years of age and must have graduated from a state-licensed barber or cosmetology school.
